Recently, I experienced one of those unforgettable moments when a dream I once held quietly in my heart became a reality. Seeing my children’s book, In Search of the Holy Grail, winning a book excellence award and displayed on a billboard in the heart of Times Square was both humbling and exhilarating. Standing beneath the bright lights of one of the world’s most iconic locations, I couldn’t help but reflect on the journey that brought me there.
Writing a children’s book begins with a simple idea, but bringing that idea to life requires countless hours of imagination, writing, revising, collaborating, and believing in a vision. There are moments of excitement and moments of uncertainty, but the hope is always the same—to create something meaningful that touches the lives of children and families.
This story was written to inspire children to embrace courage, curiosity, kindness, and the adventure of discovering what truly matters. My hope has always been that young readers will see that the greatest treasures are not always the ones we search for in distant places—they are often found within ourselves and in the relationships we build along the way. I am incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey—my family, friends, readers, educators, and all those who have encouraged my work. Your kindness, enthusiasm, and belief in my stories have made moments like these possible.

Stay tuned for my newest book, Each One Blooms, which debuts December 1, 2026! This book also traveled with me to Times Square.

Thank you for being part of this incredible journey. Here’s to many more adventures ahead!
