What happens when Little Mouse and Mr. Opus visit the aquarium? They discover a fascinating world of animals, movement, and yoga fun.

Our new 2-minute animated video, inspired by Yoga at the Aquarium by Teresa Anne Power, brings Little Mouse and his best friend, Mr. Opus, together for a playful aquarium adventure designed especially for young children.

Explore Aquarium Yoga with Little Mouse

As Little Mouse explores the aquarium, he encounters fascinating aquatic animals, including dolphins, crabs, turtles, sharks, and more.

The adventure gives children a fun way to connect movement with the animals they see while encouraging them to stretch, move, and use their imaginations.

Animal-inspired yoga can be especially engaging for young children because it turns movement into play. Instead of simply practicing a pose, children can imagine moving like one of their favorite aquarium animals while exploring right alongside Little Mouse.

Yoga, Movement, and Aquarium Fun

The video was inspired by Teresa Anne Power’s children’s book Yoga at the Aquarium, part of the Little Mouse Adventures series.

In the book, Little Mouse visits the aquarium for the first time with Mr. Opus, his wise and lovable orange tabby cat. As they meet new aquatic friends, Little Mouse has plenty of yoga fun while learning to appreciate both the similarities and differences among the animals he encounters.

Like the book, the animated adventure combines storytelling, movement, and learning in a format created for young children.
